This immersive experience offers a blend of engaging couple activities alongside four distinctive Dhamma-based sessions, equipping you and your partner with Buddhist teachings and practical tools to nurture a harmonious and thriving relationship. Curated thoughtfully by the SBM Fellowship Circle and Sister Siew Fong, this retreat welcomes couples who are married, engaged, or dating. Join us to cultivate lasting joy, peace, and contentment together on this meaningful journey.

Day 1 (18th July 2026)
9.00am – 9.30am: Registration 9.30am - 11.30am: Bonding Activity 1 (Ice-breakers) & Session 1 (What is Love?) 11:30am – 12.30pm: Lunch and Networking 12:30pm – 3.00pm: Session 2 (Uncovering the Truth) & Bonding Activity 2 (Let’s solve the challenge together!) 3.00pm – 4.00pm: Tea-break & Hotel Room Check-in 4.00pm – 6.00pm: Bonding Activity 3 (Outdoor Program) 6.00pm – 8.00pm: Dinner 8.00pm – 9.30pm: Supper, Debrief & Reflections

Sister Siew Fong PMB
Keynote Speaker

Sister Foo Siew Fong PBM is a lawyer by profession and a partner with Harry Elias Partnership. She is listed as a Preeminent Lawyer in the Doyle's Guide for Singapore Family & Divorce Leading Lawyers Association of Women Lawyers ("SAWL") from 2001 to 2009 and is currently its Advisor.
Sister Siew Fong sees herself, first and foremost, as a Buddhist practitioner. She is one of the lay teachers in the Buddhist Library and also gives dharma talks at Uttamayanmuni Buddhist Temple, Bandar Utama Buddhist Society and Singapore Buddhist Mission. Sister Siew Fong has a Post Graduate diploma in Buddhist Studies and a Master of Art in Buddhism.
