Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery
In the age of endless scrolling, constant connectivity and the pressure to always be "doing more", true rest can feel like a distant luxury. This full day retreat invites young adults to step out of the noise and into the timeless stillness transforming simplicity to a path of deep joy.
Brahma Viharas
The Brahma Viharas are four Buddhist virtues—loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity—that cultivate a compassionate, joyful, and balanced mind. Practicing these qualities promotes emotional well-being, harmony, and spiritual growth.
